The ladies will be going to Wild Annie’s Restaurant to celebrate Mother’s Day on Friday, May 5. They will leave the church at 4:45 and the meal will be at 5:30. A sign-up sheet is at the back. The deadline to sign up is today, Sunday, April 30. The church will be paying for the meal as a way to honor the ladies in our lives. If you would like to give toward covering the meal, put your donation in the plates on the back tables. There will be no money collected at the meal.

The Ladies Missionary Fellowship will meet Monday, May 1 in the church fellowship room at 10:00 a.m. Please bring a lunch. All ladies are welcome.

1 Peter 1:3 says, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to His abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead." Live in the hope of eternal life that is found in a risen Savior. Celebrate life in Jesus as you rejoice in Him each day. Remember to take your flower(s) with you as you leave today. There will not be an evening service.

Our celebration of Jesus’s resurrection will begin with our Sunrise Breakfast at 8:00 on Sunday morning, April 9. Donuts, muffins, and drink will be provided. Bring a breakfast dish to share. Sunday School will be at 9:30 and we will conclude our celebration of Jesus’s resurrection with our corporate worship service at 10:30. There will not be an evening service that day.

We are glad to have Evangelist Tim McVey with us as we begin our special services this week. Be praying for God to work in our hearts and come ready to hear what God has to say. We will meet today and Monday through Wednesday at 7:00 each evening. The love offering plates will be at the back all week as well to support the Evangelist.

Our special services will begin during our normal services on Sunday, March 19 starting with Sunday School at 9:30. The services will continue Monday through Wednesday at 7:00 each night. Set aside this special time to seek the Lord in your life. Be praying for our speaker, Evangelist Tim McVey, as he prepares to share God’s Word with us.
